I’ve followed this season of “Love & Hip Hop” closely. I tuned in every Monday and despite what others think about it. I enjoyed the storyline and what each character had to offer. The reunion, which I had the pleasure of attending, was all ratchet but thus is life. These personalities love to act like VH1′s editing portrays them out to be something they are not, but after witnessing their responses, actions and body language in person–all VH1 does is give them a platform to act a fool.

Rashidah Ali

That leads me Rashidah Ali, who I actually like. But, her line about Mendeecees’ manhood was just tacky, uncalled for and rude. Rashidah claimed Mendeecees has the smallest penis she has ever seen. Who cares. Especially when you’re on national TV. You didn’t insult him, you made yourself look like a bird. But, then again, there were a lot of “birdisms” throughout this special. We find it very hard for Rashidah, with such a negative reputation, to “come for” Yandy Smith when Yandy is the business, self-made woman of the bunch. She tries her best to stay classy and maintain a positive image.

Raqi Thunda

Raqi Thunda may possibly be the queen bird. She is beautiful and I have admitted this on several occasions but there isn’t enough beauty in the world to mask her ugly habits. Raqi is so quick to throw her vagina around but sensitive when people point it out. She and Mona Scott-Young got into it on the couch after Raqi couldn’t stop defending herself against Rashidah, who was getting the best of her. Personally, Mona was just over-the-top, reading Raqi like she was her mother after a long day at work. Mona has seemed to inject herself more into the chemistry of the cast than be a mediator, but hey, when you’re the producer–I guess you got it like that.

Rich Dollaz & Erica Mena

Rich Dollaz and Erica Mena‘s love fiasco was, once again, center stage. Mena, who looked more fit to attend the Oscars than anything VH1 put together, took a lie detector test to prove, once and for all, that she loved (and still does) Rich Dollaz. While she passed that test, she failed the fidelity portion–admitting she had slept with more than one person while they were together. Rich felt stupid and looked stupid as he received the info. But, dude. Seriously, he knew all along. Even his mother called him out for being ashamed to admit his feelings for the vixen.

I shed a tear with Kaylin Garcia, watching her breakdown how it feels to watch the man you love, love someone else. I didn’t like how Mona put her out there, by even asking such an asinine question like “How did you feel watching that clip?” Girl. You are a woman, you know exactly what it feels like! Tahiry, who didn’t exactly ignore Kaylin’s heartache, didn’t really seem empathetic. Even though she didn’t initiate her and Joey’s rekindled romance, she didn’t completely block it! But, as we all know too well, karma comes back around and it was revealed –through Joe’s lie detector test–that he and Kaylin may be broken up, but are still sleeping together! Tahiry demanded he stop knocking on her door!
