Just when you thought Idris Elba couldn’t get any freakin’ hotter, the “No Good Deed” actor set a thirst trap, on Instagram so steamy, we’ve watched it about 200 times. Last night, while stalking perusing through Idris Elba’s IG page, we came across a 15-second video of him working out…shirtless. Sweat dripped from his body as he worked on his obliques.

“Training for my next Film. Bastille Day. Grinding,” he wrote. Elba, who struck box office gold with his last film, is working on “Bastille Day” that is set to hit theaters in 2016.

According to IMDB, the film is about “a young artist and former CIA agent embark on an anti-terrorist mission in France.”

Idris, 46, is simply divine as he kneels down and grips a barbell before releasing a moan as he begins his regiment.

Deep sigh.

Nick Cannon Opens Up About Dealing With ‘Public Opinions’

Being married to Mariah Carey in all of her glittery, butterfly glory and divalicious moments seems challenging enough —  when you add the pressure of the public eye into the equation, we imagine it to be that much harder. Nick and Mariah are allegedly separated and while they haven’t filed for divorce yet, it’s rumored that their union is falling apart faster than her live performances.

Cannon visited HuffPost Live, where he dished on the “harshest” part about his marriage to Mariah.

“It’s interesting because dealing with your personal life in the public eye and really, a lot of the time, public opinion is the harshest thing about it,” he revealed. “So you kind of have to block out all that stuff … because people are going to have opinions … what people say about me is really none of my business.”

Cannon also chatted about his relationship with Amanda Bynes. In case you forgot, Nick and Amanda worked together at Nickelodeon. He considers her “family.” Byne’s has been in a troubled state since the “All That” actress first tweeted she wanted Drake to “murder” her vagina.

“If this was a person who was in a mental hospital, would you do the same thing? But just because she’s someone that is a public figure, we feel like it’s fun to [make fun of her]. But no, this is someone who needs help, and rightly so, she was getting help. And I’m pretty sure she’ll continue to get help again. It’s things you have to deal with your entire life … My heart goes out to her. I pray for her daily.”

Tamar Braxton Didn’t Sign A Prenup?

Tamar Braxton and the cast of “The Real” sat down to chat about Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey’s impending breakup when Tamar revealed that she and Vince do not have a prenuptial agreement. Shocking.

“People become unrecognizable when you’re going through a breakup. I remember my mother saying that my father became unrecognizable and this is a person that she’s been with since she was 15 years old,” Tamar said.

However, she then revealed, “Vincent and I, we don’t have a prenup because when we got married, we had a discussion and we discussed it. Divorce is not an option. So, that will always be the last, last, last, last of the resort.”

Tamar and Vince met in 2003 and wed in 2008. They’ve had their fair share of ups and downs, like most couples, but appear to be holding strong.
