- 1 – 32 ounce southern butter pecan international delights creamer
- 12 large eggs, slightly beaten
For the Pecan Pie Filling:
NOTE DOUBLE THIS RECIPE:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
