Let’s have a real moment—because it’s time to declutter your life in every way that matters.

We’ve all got that one drawer—or let’s be honest, maybe a whole room—that we avoid. The junk drawer that holds everything from batteries to broken dreams. That closet we open just enough to grab what we need before slamming it shut. But what if I told you the physical clutter is just a mirror for something deeper? If you’ve been feeling stuck or overwhelmed, this might be your sign to declutter your life—starting with what’s right in front of you.

In this week’s episode of Exhale, we’re making space—physically, mentally, and spiritually. And I brought in a woman who knows how to help us do just that. Meet Tiffany Smith, professional organizer and founder of Simply Put Organizing. Not only does she know how to bring order to your space, but she gently reminds us that the real breakthrough starts when we let go.

Tiffany walked us through how clutter can quietly weigh down our mental health. It’s not just about a messy desk—it’s the anxiety, the stress, and even the low-key shame that creeps in when we feel overwhelmed. Her solution? Start small. What she calls “low-hanging fruit.” Maybe it’s a nightstand drawer, your bathroom vanity, or even your Tupperware cabinet. Celebrate that small win, and then move to the next.

And if you’re living with family or roommates? Tiffany says to have the conversation. Share how the clutter makes you feel and create a system that works for everyone. Because a true sanctuary—a space where you can exhale—takes teamwork.

But we didn’t stop there.

We also got into digital clutter. Sis… our phones, inboxes, calendars—it’s all connected. Tiffany’s honest about her own struggle with this one (hello, 10,000 unread emails!), but she reminded us that saying no is powerful. Protecting your peace doesn’t mean you’re dropping the ball—it means you’re finally prioritizing you. And guess what? When you declutter your life digitally, you open the door to more clarity and less chaos.

So here’s your permission slip: Let it go. The extra stuff. The guilt. The old dreams that no longer serve you. Declutter your life to make room for the one you’re meant to live.Your peace is worth the effort.

Win Tip: Start small. One drawer, one conversation, one “no” at a time. Clearing clutter is less about what you lose—and more about what you gain.
