Patti LaBelle Cries on Stage, Urges Fans Not to ‘Be Scared’ of Aging

Grammy-winning singer Patti LaBelle celebrated her 81st birthday at a sold-out concert in Brooklyn as part of the Queens Tour with Gladys Knight, Stephanie Mills, and Chaka Khan. LaBelle expressed gratitude for her age and the support of her fans, band, and crew during the emotional performance. She was joined on stage by family and members of the Black Promoters Collective, who presented her with gifts and a birthday cake.
